Hi guys. My name is Sean and I’ve been using scarcitymanaging now for going on six years just to help mewith the day-to-day runnings of my eBay drop shipping businesses. I know that Scarcity’s got a number of different functions that help people in numerous different ways but I just want to discussfour different ways that it’s been helping meover the last six years. So the first one is supplierinventory management.
Yeah. The, the, this function helps with tracking the stock of our suppliers. So, for example, if we’ve gotsuppliers that go out of stock it automatically takesour stock, our stock out of stock on eBayand in reverse as well. Once it comes back into stock it automatically puts it back into stock. So, yeah, very helpful. The second one is the reprice or function. So for example, if one of oursupplier changes their price so if they increase ordecrease their price maybe they might have a sale.
Scarcity manager automaticallychanges our, per our our price in, in accordance with the percentage of whatthe supplier change theirs buy. So yeah, very, very useful. The third one is the scarcity function. So that automatically shows eBay customers that we’ve only got one left in stock. Very useful in creatingthat sense of scarcity. So, you know, increases thechance of them buying now instead of waiting and shoppingaround, which is really good. And the fourth one is the customer service couldn’t be better from,from beginning to, to to now over the last six years.
Yeah. The, the the customer service servicehas been second to none better than any other softwareI’ve used in the past. It’s brilliant, like, likevery attentive to your needs. Goes above and beyond at all times. Personable, professional, like they they’ve been absolutely great and I couldn’t, you know,recommend scarcity, you know highly enough justbecause of that one thing. So, yeah, I want to saythank you to Jessica and and the team there at Scarcity. You’ve been great over the years. Thank you very much. And yeah, I could not recommend the the software highly enough.
